Don’t let the title fool you! This Tony-award winning musical is a fun-filled, satirical tribute to musical theatre traditions, and its story pits the little guy against a big, bad and manipulative corporation. In this city there is a water-shortage that has led to a government-enforced regulation and ban of all but public, pay-to-pee toilets, and the consequence for anyone caught breaking the law is brutal. One unlikely leader steps up to aid the less fortunate and lead them to freedom, but will that freedom mean the world is a better place?

BOBBY: Sure, Mister Cladwell, that’s what you’ve been saying for twenty years. And for twenty years we’ve waited for the long-term solutions that never came. Well, we’re done waiting, you see, for a new day has dawned today. A day of hope and happiness when the idea of human dignity is more than just a forgotten notion, but a living, breathing reality
