The thrilling era of silent films comes alive again with the Peacherine Ragtime Society Orchestra! The PRSO, “the premier American ragtime ensemble” as acclaimed by the Washington Post, takes you back to the early 1900s as they accompany three classic films from the silent era as they were meant to be seen – with live orchestral accompaniment and sound effects. Between the films, hear Peacherine play the rollicking rhythms of the early 20th century, featuring favorites by Scott Joplin, Irving Berlin, and more! Fun for the whole family!
